Sydney, Australia Urban Property Specialist Full time

We are looking for experienced area cleaning supervisor to join our team.

**MUST have's**:

- experience in cleaning (commercial/office cleaning)
- a reliable car and be willing to drive around Sydney (CBD, Inner West, West, Outer West, etc)
- excellent communication skills
- spot check and high attention to detail
- excellent customer service
- be able to work in a team
- delegate work to a cleaning team
- be able to work within strict deadlines
- understanding of security procedures
- a current vehicle licence
- have police check or be willing to gain police check
- be polite & courteous, well spoken
- be able to take constructive criticism
- be able to commit to 6-12 months of work **sub contractors to have all equipment, public liability insurance & police check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $28.40 - $36.57 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
