**About the Company**

This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Content Author to publish content to websites.

**About the Role**
- The Communications team works with internal staff and project teams to deliver high quality communication that supports the community in their daily lives.
- The content author publishes content to websites
- Our content promotes and provides information on a wide range of programs, services and events.
- Provide advice on how best to organise, update and present content.
- Use content management systems, including Sitecore and Contentful, to author and publish content.
- Moderate user-generated content.

**About You**
- Confident and accomplished with written English as well as mark-up languages like HTML and Markdown.
- Well versed in the fundamentals of web publishing, like HTML, accessibility, and image editing.
- Technically-savvy, with practical experience authoring in a range of content management systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Proficiency in sub-editing and proofing textual content, including microcopy.
- Knows digital content, and can support content producers, editors and digital marketing specialists get the best from our websites.
