- As the Roads and Highways Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading our roads and highway projects, developing our people, working to build our pipeline of opportunities, and enhancing client experience, including:
- Providing strategic leadership across our Victorian Roads & Highways team.
- Provide technical leadership and drive technical excellence, ensuring expected client outcomes for road and highway projects.
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams on large and complex projects through the delivery phase.
- Build on client relationships to continue our strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop and mentor less experienced team members.

**About you**
- You are a recognised leader in the highways industry with experience working on Victorian roads, and highways, bringing established relationships with relevant governmental agencies and contracting clients. You are an inspiring leader who thrives on motivating and driving success across your teams, projects, and your client groups.
