**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Developing, managing and implementing work plans and programs that support the effective delivery of services relevant to the business unit.
- Providing high level advice and leading strategic analysis to inform the development and monitoring of the client management database and reporting platforms and software.
- Identifying information from a wide range of sources and providing strategic analysis and advice on complex operational programs and policy and legislative issues relating to the initiatives delivered by the business unit.
- Developing, implementing, monitoring and leading the end-to-end data reporting platforms including the PowerBi workspace.
- Building and maintaining productive and respectful working relationships with a diverse range of suppliers to ensure a quality responsive service is delivered to our vulnerable clients.
- Monitoring individual care services covered by a licence and undertake inspections.
- Ensuring that service delivery arrangements support the department's program and strategic intent.
- Preparing a range of written materials including cabinet submissions, executive correspondence, briefing material, speech notes and information papers concerned with the programs and initiatives delivered by the business unit.
- Recognising and contributing to the AS&RS Governance Structure, supporting quality outcomes for staff and clients through the delivery of quality services and continuous improvement
