Our client operates a purpose built service in Orchard Hils on 8.5 acres with a wide variety of farm animals (cow, sheep, alpaca, pig, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, turkeys and a pony). Children can explore the open farm spaces by going on tractor/ trailer rides or by walking throughout the property to engage with the animals and vegetation.

This centre has an abundance of large natural open ended spaces, complete with two separate age-appropriate play spaces. The outdoor environments have been designed to incorporate our natural rural surroundings and encourage all children to explore their senses while engaging in the environment.

Your colleagues take their role seriously and are passionate about providing the best educational and care experiences possible. Each room has at least one Early Chilhood Teacher leading the room, is over ratio and has a stack of learning resources available for use at any time. We are seeking experienced Educators with excellent communication skills with the ability to think outside the box and critically reflect on practices.

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- Completed a Diploma in Child Services or similar as approved by ACECQA
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Working With Children's Check (employment)
- Experience in a long daycare environment of at least 12 months.

**You will need to demonstrate the following**:

- Drive and energy to continue to be a lifelong learner and share this with your peers, families, and children
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and confidence
- Flexibility to work within the operational hours of an education and care service
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- A strong focus on community connection
