**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Diploma Qualified educator to initially start in the Early Learners Room on a set shift of 9am - 5.30pm. After a few months, this role will move to the 3 year old Kindergarten. At this time, the shift will likely switch to a weekly rotating shift between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm.

(eg) 7.30am - 4pm, 8.30am - 5pm, 9.30am - 6pm

Join this team of experienced and passionate educators. The centre, located near East St Kilda, is run as a not-for-profit Incorporated Association and is managed by a committee of parent representatives.

**The Ideal Applicant**

To be successful, you will have:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Working with children check
- Current first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis certificates
- Child Protection & Mandatory Reporting certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Have some experience working in a similar role
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Have experience with Emergent Curriculum
- Be a team player
- Have excellent communication skills
