Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relations - manage and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Job Management - manage resources & project manage jobs
- Pricing - tender on projects & price work
- People Management - manage technicians
- Business Development - source new business & build on existing opportunities

You Must Have:

- The appropriate visa to legally live and work in Australia full time
- Car driving license
- Be self motivated
- Proven project management experience
- Construction related experience (preferred)
- Ability to work and stay positive under pressure
- Ability to lead and motivate to meet the Company's objectives and goals
- Good verbal and written English

Pay rate is plus superannuation.

Company car, mobile phone and computer provided.

**Salary**: $71,874.99 - $94,000.00 per year
