Our Dental practice in Sydney south is looking for a dental assistant who really understands the importance of 5-star customer service.

You demonstrate the capacity of being proactive and are able to plan ahead to deliver excellent service.

**Requirements**:
The position requires experience as a dental assistant of at least 1 year.

Excellent infection control and very good knowledge of assisting a dentist for different procedures such as implants, root canal treatments, cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge, among others. The practice has great technology and we are very busy so expect a fast paced environment.

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail and proactive : to help the day run smoothly for all involved.
- The ability to think through a situation and deliver a predictable solution. You understand the impact your decisions have on all those around you.

.The ability to work as part of a team and contribute and help others.
- Skills with technology: This allows you to help us provide the exceptional 5-star we want to give our patients.

.The ability to listen: By being friendly, welcoming, and empathetic and creating rapport with our patients.

.The ability to be coachable and positive attitude towards change: can follow up procedures and process and is able to implement new ideas and new knowledge obtained in the practice.

.The ability to express yourself effectively even in tricky situations.

.Be positive, honest and enjoyable: to contribute to the good environment of the practice and pass it to our patients

.Spanish is an advantage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers and staff member are required to wear a mask. Our practice has been fitted with ozone taps, every patient is screened before and at arrival, infection control is top at our practice, hand sanitizer before and after leaving the practice.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Miranda, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental assistance: 1 year (required)
