**Heart of the Role**:

- Liaison between the Practice Manager and the Clinical Team
- High level general, cosmetic & surgical chair side assisting
- Nurturing patient relationships & communicating treatment explanations in an informative manner
- Supervising instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Coordination of laboratory work & developing our Hygiene team
- Providing strong leadership and direction to Dentists and Practice Staff

**What you'll bring**:

- Dental Chairside Assisting experience
- A Certificate III in Dental Assistant advantageous however not a necessity
- Advanced capabilities and knowledge of OASIS Dental software
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and patient care
- A forward thinking & vibrant personality that will motivate those around you
- Must be flexible to work weekends
