Maintenance Planner, FM, Building Portfolio
**Your new company**
Client is major multi disciplinary property consultancy. They are currently working with major client in Brisbane to manage their mixed use property portfolio. As result of an ongoing need, they are looking to engage the services of a maintenance planner to play a key role in their facilities management / building maintenance team.

**Your new role**
The position plays a key role in the maintenance scheduling of the mixed use property portfolio. The client looking for someone to take ownership of the existing plans and improve their planned maintenance program. Role involves working with a series of in house teams and asset owners as well as sub-contractors to provide an organised and efficient program.

**What you'll need to succeed**

**What you'll get in return**
Client is offering an interesting and challenging role with market leading business. They are offering an initial contract or temporary role with an asap start, but also if person is able to come in and do well they are very open to a longer term / permanent opportunity. Hourly rates are pretty broad. would suggest ranging from $45-50 an hour depending on the level of experience brought to the role.
