**Key accountabilities**
- Act as a point of contact performing administration services and responding to enquiries from customers and stakeholders to provide a timely and effective information and referral service for NSW Trustee & Guardian customers.
- Exemplify high performance through role modelling NSW Trustee & Guardian’s Customer Excellence Principles, values and behaviours.
- Undertake a range of administrative support services relating to the work of the team, including word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence and meeting papers, maintaining electronic and file records, and support with meetings and events.
- Undertake routine administrative tasks and activities in accordance with relevant policies, practices and standards.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience Division to deliver consistent and coordinated advice to customers by maintaining a contemporary approach to service delivery and customer engagement through a range of strategies including face-to-face, video conferencing at location and remotely.
**Key challenges**
- Maintaining sensitivity, discretion and a professional manner in handling enquiries and issues.
- Managing work outputs, competing demands/priorities to generate favourable customer outcomes for all customers/stakeholders.
**Must have 1-2 years experience in a similar field or related area.**
