To support their business expansion, we are currently seeking a dynamic Store Operator for their Flagship Melbourne boutique Chadstone. You will bring your expertise in back of house, retail operations, administration, cash handling and problem solving to the team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Ensure compliance of all procedures in store
- Drives instore operations including compliance of logistics, admin and stock control
- Drives Back of House organisation to ensure the wider team are supported
- Manages stock inventory and stock takes
- Support store management with development of the store roster
- Supports client engagement by ensuring the correct level of supplies (food and beverage) are on hand at all times
- Manages the availability of store supplies

The successful talent might have a background similar to this:

- Luxury customer service background
- Back of house or stock management background
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Excellent problem solving ability
