**Position overview**

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Australian National University, leading the Provisioning team in the Division of Shared Services. The Division of Shared Services is committed to not only delivering the best possible services to the ANU community now, but looking at how we can improve our services through customer focus, innovation and automation. This position is an exciting opportunity for a great team leader to be part of our journey

Our provisioning team work closely with our recruitment and payroll teams, to ensure that new employees are supported through the introduction to the University with equipment, access, equipment and are there to answer all of the tricky questions you have on your first few days. In addition, this team supports the University to ensure that background checking requirements are met.
- The Provisioning team leader oversees the everyday operations of the Provisioning team, ensuring that all new starters are contacted before joining the ANU and all equipment, access and systems needs are organised for their first day. You will also oversee the background checking requirements for the University.
- In this role you will have contact with stakeholders and divisions across the University,

In addition, this role will lead the way with suggesting service improvements that will benefit the team and the whole community.
