**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

Your role will be to work in documentation on a large scale Data Centre. You will work using Revit and be highly involved with a lot of detail with the project in construction phase. The position is initially for a 4-6 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension/permanent position offered. Ideally you will be able to start immediately but they are prepared to wait for the right person.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- Deliver documentation packages
- Detail and model using Revit
- Liaise with sub consultants, local councils and authorities
- Communicate and manage clients including site visits

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualified in Architecture with 5 years in-studio experience
- Ideally very familiar and experienced with highly detailed projects
- Highly confident and autonomous using Revit at all stages
