HillView Care is a boutique residential aged care provider with homes in Ashmore and Merrimac, offering low, high, and dementia-specific care. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and creative **Lifestyle Assistant** to join our awesome team If you love bringing smiles to people’s faces, enjoy planning fun activities, and have a passion for making every day a little brighter, this is the role for you.

As our **Lifestyle Assistant**, you’ll work alongside our Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to create and deliver engaging programs that enrich the lives of our residents. From games and arts & crafts to music, gentle exercises, and social events — you’ll help make every day special.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves making a difference in people’s lives, enjoys working in a close-knit team, and wants to contribute to a vibrant community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and deliver daily leisure & lifestyle programs
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as required
- Engage residents in activities that promote wellbeing and connection
- Work harmoniously with AINs and Registered Nurses
- Help create a warm and inclusive environment for residents and families

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A Cert III Individual Support
- A Cert IV in Leisure & Health (or currently studying) would be highly regarded
- Previous experience in residential aged care preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster
- National Police Clearance
