**Lifestyle Assistant - Aged Care | Assistant Role | Gold Coast**:

HillView Care is a boutique residential aged care provider with homes in Ashmore and Merrimac, offering low, high, and dementia-specific care. We’re seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic **Lifestyle Assistant** to join our awesome team and help bring fun, creativity and purpose to the lives of our residents.

**What You'll Do**:
Each day is different—but always guaranteed to be fun
- Run engaging activities (arts & crafts, exercise, games, baking, walks, social events)
- Support residents’ wellbeing through social connection and creativity
- Work closely with care staff to create a warm, inclusive environment
- Assist with personal care tasks as required

**What you’ll need**:

- Cert III Individual Support (required)
- Cert IV in Leisure & Health (completed or in progress - highly regarded)
- Experience in aged care (preferred)
- Fun, empathetic attitude & strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Familiar with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Police Check & Driver’s Licence

Pay: From $32.32 per hour

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- Aged care : 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
