**The opportunity**

The CX Insights & Research function are a small, cross-discipline function that combines research & analytical skillsets to consult and collaborate closely with the wider organisation.

Accountable for the delivery of full-service qualitative and quantitative research and user testing projects you will also have responsibility for;
- Leading the execution and delivery of research projects
- Supporting stakeholders to identify opportunities to solve problems aligned to customer needs
- Conducting moderated and unmoderated usability testing
- Appealing reports, presentations, artefacts, as well as data visualisations, that easily translates insights into actionable opportunities

**About you**

A persuasive and compelling storyteller who strives in a team environment, you are a self-starter, logical thinker, and a quick learner. Coupled with strong initiative and excellent communication skills you will also bring;
- Experience running qualitative and quantitative research studies
- Solid understanding of a variety of primary research methodologies
- Drive to lead projects and progress your career
