**Venue Manager**

This is the opportunity to take a major leadership role in what is sure to be one of Geelong's favourite dining and nightlife venues.

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
**What do you need?**
- 5 years minimum management experience in a fast paced restaurant environment
- Maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency across a whole restaurant offering.
- Staff training and compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Ensuring that all staff comply with RSA practices.
- Working as part of a team.
- Creation, implementation and maintenance of restaurant procedures.
- Counting and reconciling tills.
- Training and development of the FOH & bar teams
