The Eureka Hospitality Group is a dynamic operator of venues in both metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. We operate in a wide variety of settings including health, education (both secondary and tertiary), government and high end corporate.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to step into the role of Venue Manager for Common Waterfront, located at Deakin University.

Duties for this role will include:

- Managing day-to-day service
- Daily stock ordering and reconciliation of deliveries
- Populating weekly rosters
- Meeting weekly cost of goods and labour budget
- Training and developing your team
- Execution of onsite catering orders (in conjunction with our Senior Manager).

Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience managing large capacity hospitality venues, as well as a strong knowledge base and skill set in both coffee and foodservice.

All applicants must:
- Possess a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate

The position is full-time (40 hours) and for immediate start.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year

- Geelong, VIC 3220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
