**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at Momentum Collective in Tweed. As a Case Manager Domestic & Family Violence, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals and families affected by domestic and family violence. This is a full time fixed term role to June 2026.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

You are an experienced Case Manager with a background in Domestic and Family violence. Working with the understanding of trauma informed care, you are compassionate, have high problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with other service providers to deliver a holistic service.

Criteria:

- This position is an identified Aboriginal position and therefore Aboriginality is a requirement of the job as well as cultural association with one or more of the local Aboriginal communities.
- This position has been identified to be filled by a female under the Anti
- Discrimination Act 1977 exception #48 section 31.
- Qualification in a social science or related field and/or specialised skills sufficient to perform at this level.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW).
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Casework experience in an associated field.
- Understanding and experience of working with Aboriginal people and their communities.
- Demonstrated experience in case planning and coordination of people with complex support needs.
