**Night Shift Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher - Food Manufacturing (10pm-6am, Sunday-Thursday)**

**Location**: Clayton South, VIC
**Hours**: Sunday - Thursday | 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking **Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher** to join our overnight production team. You’ll play an important part in keeping our commercial kitchen clean and organised, ensuring equipment, utensils and work areas are ready for the cooks to prepare meals.

No experience necessary — **full training and support are provided.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Wash, sanitise and store kitchen equipment, trays, and utensils
- Assist with general cleaning of benches, floors, and production areas
- Empty rubbish bins and maintain cleanliness of wash-up area
- Support the cooking and packing teams when required
- Follow all **food safety and hygiene** standards at all times

**About You**
- Reliable, punctual and physically fit
- Able to work independently during overnight shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food factory is an advantage but not essential
