**What’s the opportunity?**

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Consultant to join the team at Docklands.

This role will be responsible for the delivery of customer focused vehicle and aftermarket sales, ensuring Inchcape is the most trusted automotive distributor and retailer in Australia and that the dealership in which you work maintains good profit contribution for long term business success.

Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Ensure an exceptional customer experience is provided to every customer
- Achieving personal sales volume targets set on a monthly basis are achieved or exceeded monthly
- Advocate for finance, insurance and other income opportunities for the business to ensure ever customer is provided with and effective early introduction to the Business Manager
- Ensure the vehicle s accurately fitted with all aftermarket products, is well presented and clean ahead of handover to the customer
- Effectively communicate with the customer and confirm delivery date
- Ensure paper work is completed before the customer arrives for the handover
