**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our fast paced and fun team based at our facility in Rocklea. You will lead and support all operational team leads in their daily activities whilst living the TCC Culture and modelling our IMPACT values on and off site.

You will be responsible for DIFOT and operational profitability, be required to effectively manage all inbound, rework and dispatch activities ensuring customer orders are scheduled and appropriately allocated. You will also ensure that goods are handed over to carrier correctly and accurately manifested.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all KPIs for the team they lead including Goods Receipted within 24hrs, PIFOT and DIFOT to name a few.

**Responsibilities of the Role (Not limited to)**:

- Manage the Goods Inward/ Receiving process
- Manage the Goods Outward process
- Quality Control and General Administration
- Team Management
- OH&S/ COR Management
- Client Interaction/ Support and Planning

**About You**:

- Forklift Lic with the ability to load goods to transport complying with COR Legislation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 Years proven experience in a similar role.
- Ability to Multi Task and manage conflicting priorities.
- High Level of Communication Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Ability to use freight management systems
- High level of personal accountability and initiative
- HACCP knowledge
- Client SLA and SOP Experience
- Warehouse Audit and Stocktake Knowledge
- RF Experience
- Voice Picking Experience is an advantage
