Join our client's team as a
**Team Leader** and take the lead in driving manufacturing activities for their
**Archerfield** site. For this position, they're seeking an individual with a technical background in assembling wiring, harnesses, or looms, to lead their small team and implement lean manufacturing processes.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of safety solutions for the heavy vehicle industry. They focus on ensuring people's safety on roads and discovering innovations that are life-changing. Some solutions include anti-rollaway, driver behaviour, fleet management etc. For mining, civil, emergency services and warehousing industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- 50/50 on the tools and other managing manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with timelines and expectations.
- Improve manufacturing processes and tools to enhance customer service and engagement.
- Foster a culture of "ONE TEAM" and "LEAN" for exceptional performance and compliance.
- Drive growth and cost reduction through continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of productization processes and collaborate with R&D for efficient and cost-effective product delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant trade qualifications in Automotive Electrical Technology, Electrotechnology OR Strong demonstrated industry experience.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Possess qualifications or demonstrated experience implementing Lean or Sigma Six processes.
- Experience with electronic wiring, looms or harness assembly.
- Proficient in MS Office and strong computer literacy.
