**Manufacturing Team Leader**
- We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to join our team and drive the delivery of all manufacturing activities within our business. As the Manufacturing Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with supply timeframes and high-quality expectations, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**About the Client.**
- Our client is a leader in developing advanced safety solutions for industries that use heavy vehicles. Their products include anti-rollaway breaking sensors, radars, and control devices that enhance safety and reduce risk. Based in Archerfield, Queensland, their solutions are used in thousands of heavy vehicles across the Australian and Asia Pacific regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the planning and coordination of all manufacturing activities within the business to ensure compliance with supply timeframes and high-quality expectations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, procedures, and tools to enhance the customer service experience and create engaged customers.
- Report on manufacturing KPIs, deliverables, and undertake variance analysis to ensure compliance to business and departmental standards and targets.
- Facilitate organic growth and continuous improvement with a view to sustainable reduction in manufacturing costs.
- Lead and live the business culture of "ONE TEAM" and "LEAN" with a view to exceptional performance and compliance to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and customer service objectives.
- Own the relevant productization processes and actively participate as required in R&D to ensure accurate, sustainable, timely, and cost-effective product to market.

**Key Requirements**:

- Relevant trade qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience.
- In-depth knowledge of and demonstrated experience in Customer Service Principles and Practices.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results and promote a continuous improvement culture.
