The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional, timely technical and service support to our operational staff. As a Performance Coach, you’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team to empower staff, ensuring they receive the guidance they need and feel confident and supported in their roles.

This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week, once fully trained.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify skills gaps and design capability development strategies to uplift individual and team performance
- Deliver personalised 1:1 coaching to both new and current employees, supporting best practice in injury management and return-to-work outcomes
- Provide timely and effective guidance and advice on technical processes and service excellence to support day-to-day performance
- Partner with leaders to assess the impact of coaching initiatives and track ongoing capability progression

ABOUT YOU
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence employees across the business
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and industry partners
- Previous experience with coaching and developing other team members, allowing them to reach their full potential
- Solid background in the workers compensation industry with a comprehensive knowledge of the legislation and frameworks, supported with an understanding of claims management and return-to-work
