We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced State Retail Manager to join our team to lead and drive the success of our stores across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.
We are looking for a sale’s driven State Manager with a proven track record of managing and supporting multiple sites (45+ stores) and teams whilst achieving excellent sales results through effective planning, leadership and day to day operational activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing all aspects of the retail store operations in VIC/TAS/SA.
- Maximising sales and profits whilst controlling costs.
- Reporting on store performance figures to the Managing Director.
- Provide full support in managing and mentoring 1 Regional and 2 Area Managers.
- Build, motivate and lead your team to success with clear direction and a focus on meeting business performance goals.
- Ensure business plans and strategic objectives are communicated effectively to and achieved by your team.
- Ensure day-to-day operations are conducted in accordance with the company and legislative guidelines at all times.
- Partner with Area Managers and the business to effectively recruit and select team members for your state.
**What will make you successful**:
- Demonstrated experience as a State Manager at an advanced level in all areas of large multi-site management.
- Apparel retail experience is essential.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering results.
- Passionate about people, team development and our customers.
- Ability to define clear goals and objectives to achieve successful outcomes.
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.
- Local and national travel is expected, a driver’s licence is required for this role.
