**BGIS**is looking for an experienced **Maintenance Manager**to lead the maintenance operations within the health sector in **Newcastle.**If you have a background in maintaining large facilities or venues and are committed to safety, this is your opportunity to make a difference in a critical healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Planned and Reactive Maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Building Services to ensure smooth operations in a healthcare setting.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors to meet service delivery standards and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for all occupants.
Provide estimates, manage budgets, and ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

What You Bring:
Proven maintenance experience in managing large-scale facilities or venues.
Must have: Working with Children Check (WWCC) and all vaccinations up to date.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and subcontractors effectively.
Familiarity with using an online Work Order Management System and a strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
