**About the job**:
Reporting to Asset Strategy Manager, the Engineering and Maintenance Systems Manager enables improved performance, compliance and efficiency of asset maintenance management across all units of HNELHD through the management, systems administration and on-going development of Asset and Facilities Information Management system - AFM Online (AFMO) and Contractor Management System.

The position will have a particular focus on assessing the organisation's risk in terms of standards of maintenance required for all plant and equipment across the LHD and advising management of the appropriate planned and preventative maintenance tasks required to meet legislative and regulatory compliance. This will require advising management of appropriate maintenance plans for all generic types of plant assets and monitoring compliance.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in an Asset Management, Engineering/Maintenance role and extensive experience in the use of AFM Online.
- Highly developed analytical and reasoning skills with ability motivate and coordinate staff.
- Proven high level skills in the management and operations of a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) including troubleshooting of issues and the ability to escalate problems when necessary as well as provide reporting information and updates as requested by Management and the Ministry of Health.
- Current unencumbered NSW Driver's licence.
