**_ About the role_**

As a Casual Sales Associate, you will be responsible for taking our customer's on a Ginger & Smart journey; sharing your product knowledge, styling customers in our latest collections and being in the loop with current fashion trends. You will be working very closely with your team to support with visual merchandising, collaborating to achieve KPI goals and overall sharing brand awareness through customer service.

**_ About you_**
- Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills
- Experience working with KPIs and sales targets
- Ability to achieve sales in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to build & nurture a VIP customer base
- Team player who is self-motivated, well-organized & has great problem-solving skills
- Be someone who LOVES our products and willingness to learn more
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
