Our client is embarking on an ambitious journey to revolutionize Investment Data Management. The IDM Program aims to empower smarter investment decisions by ensuring high-quality, reliable, and readily accessible investment data. We're seeking an Investment Data Analyst to join our IDM team and contribute to our market-leading Performance and Analytics (P&A) engine.

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Operational Service Delivery**:

- Ensure timely and accurate asset data delivery to P&A.
- Monitor benchmark data flows and address data quality issues.
- Collaborate with external data providers for issue resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for P&A queries.
- Perform data reconciliation activities.

**Process and Design**:

- Resolve data queries from the P&A team.
- Monitor external vendors for data and service quality.
- Engage with P&A team to understand evolving data needs.
- Assess data requirements for new asset types and benchmarks.
- Align data processes with enterprise data governance framework.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Collaborate with teams to enhance data quality.
- Identify areas for process efficiency and robustness.
- Work on new solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare operational and efficiency reports.
- Document complex data support procedures and share knowledge.

**Mandatory Skills**:
**Qualifications**:

- 6-10+ years of experience in financial and security data management.

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in investment data management.
- Proficiency in complex business process and workflow design.
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments and pricing methodology.
- Understanding of equity, funds, and fixed-income analytics.
- Familiarity with OTC derivatives.
