As we continue to grow, we’re looking for new Helpers (Support Workers) to join our vibrant team and help us in supporting our Members in maintaining their independence and dignity.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide personal care and companionship to Members
- Assist with daily living tasks (e.g., meal preparation, medication management, personal care.
- Build meaningful relationships with Members, providing consistent and compassionate support
- Use the Lookout App to manage your shifts and access Member details
- Communicate effectively with the Care Team to ensure the best care for our Members

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle.**:

- Experience in aged care or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in the community.
- Flexibility with shift availability. We do not have any night shifts.

**How to Apply**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $39.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
