Blended Care Australia are seeking motivated, fun, patient and reliable staff members to join our team of health care professionals to support and empower the diverse community around us. Must be available to work during the week with the possibility of working weekends in the future.

**DRIVERS LICENSE ESSENTIAL**

**The role may include but not limited to**:

- Working independently within your local community, within close proximity to your home.
- Assistance with personal care tasks including showering.
- Light domestic tasks including assistance with cleaning and cooking where needed
- Public Transport Training
- Community access including recreational activities, shopping and transport assistance.

**Essential**:

- Drivers Licence & access to your own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- National Police Check (or NDIS workers check)
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Booster)
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- You possess sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including short shifts, mornings, and evenings.

**Desirable/Highly preferred but not required**:

- Certificate III in disability, community services or other health disciplines including those working towards a qualification in health.
- Experience with personal care assistance.
- Working with Children's Check

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
