Junior Finance Broker

An opportunity has become available within the finance broking division and we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to assist with supporting our successful and expanding client base. Flawless Finance is looking for someone who has the eagerness, drive, and commitment to stay focused with ongoing training and development.

**About You**:

- Finance Broker experience desirable but not essential
- Provide and maintain an excellent customer experience with all customers and the community
- Use your demonstrated customer service skills that will allow you to attract and retain customers and business
- Provide customers with appropriate products and services that meets their needs
- Strong self-motivation and ambition to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent organisational, time management and workload prioritising
- High level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously

**Snapshot of the Job**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday work from home, answering the call centre
- Strong earning potential within your control: base salary plus commission
- Maintaining and developing business relationships with new and existing clients
- Providing support to the team
- Drafting documentation and settlement of transactions
- Providing after sales service and on-going client assistance
- Checking ASIC compliance
- Contribute to the overall achievement of the business targets for the team
