**About the role**

The key focus of a Buys & Loans Operator is to provide excellent customer service experiences resulting in 'win-win' outcomes. A typical day will include:

- Engaging with customers through demonstrating respect and empathy to build trust.
- Assessing items customers bring in to sell or loan.
- Building on your product knowledge across a diverse range of products.
- Researching and keeping up to date with the latest market trends to assist with the negotiation process.
- Working towards achieving targets, both individually and as a store.

Don't worry if you haven't had previous experience in these tasks, no experience is necessary. We provide complete on the job training

Cash Converters Moonah is open 7 days a week, and will require weekend work (on a rotating fortnightly roster) or work every weekend if you love weekdays off

**Salary**: From $51,000.00 per year
