**The Company**
This modern mid size chartered accounting firm is based in the Melbourne CBD with public transport right at their door.

**The Role**

Due to an internal promotion, this firm are now looking for a savvy Administrator to join their team.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Scanning, filing and archiving when necessary
- Maintaining the client database
- Updating client information such as change of name or address
- Liaising with the ATO and ASIC on behalf of clients
- Preparing letters and other documentation for clients
- Lodgements of documentation through the ATO portal
- Collations of financials
- Lodgements of income tax returns
- Title searches and company searches through ASIC
- Registering and deregistering companies
- Establishing new companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSF
- Applications for TFN, ABN, GST and Workcover
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS/IAS
- Raising invoices
- Debtors
- Any other adhoc administration as required

**About You**
- **Experience working in an accounting firm in a similar role**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- A positive and hard working attitude
