Our client is seeking
**Personal Care Workers** from all levels of experience to provide support to their residents in their large modern Aged Care facility based in
**Geelong.**

With endless career progression opportunities, our client is seeking PCWs from all levels of experience to provide support to their nursing and care staff. You will be working within a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical and emotional support to the residents, observing changes in residents’ conditions and escalating any concerns

**The Role**:

- Residential Aged Care facilities located across Greater Melbourne
- Deliver high-quality care to residents
- Provide personal care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support and restorative care
- Commitment to a Person-Centred model of care
- Ensure quality of equipment, clothing and other personal items for residents

**Requirements/Skills**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (Aged Care)
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Experience working in a residential Aged Care setting
