**About the Role**

As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create a unique and memorable Store Experience You must be bubbly, outgoing, approachable and helpful.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Be a fashion advisor more than a sales person
- Assist customers with a selection of merchandise
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
- Prepare and maintain stock on the sales floor
- To assist in all facets of the business as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and/or fashion sales environment
- Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards.
- Prior exposure to KPI's and sales targets
- Enjoys working as part of a larger team, being cooperative and supporting fellow members
- Is confident and comfortable in making autonomous decisions, when required
- Great computer skills and experience with POS systems
- To thrive in a busy environment with a positive “Can Do” attitude
- Well groomed individual who will be a great brand ambassador with a sound understanding of fashion, trends and competition
