Nestled on Canning Highway, our boutique is a haven for those who seek exclusive imported garments from around the globe, alongside creations lovingly crafted by artisans in our community. **Position**: Casual Sales Assistant

**Location**: Shop 1/575 Canning Hwy, Alfred Cove Western Australia 6154

**Hours**: Part-time, 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday with a possibility of more days), 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers with authenticity and enthusiasm, offering personalized styling advice and exceptional service, both in-store and online.
- Process online sales and prepare shipments with care and attention to detail, ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and beautifully packaged.
- Cultivate an inviting atmosphere within our store, walking customers through the door and providing an unforgettable boutique shopping experience from start to finish.
- Confidently manage the store alone, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Collaborate with the team to showcase our exclusive imported garments and locally crafted creations, highlighting the unique stories behind each piece.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience is essential - we require at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor that puts customers at ease.
- Ability to thrive in a creative, dynamic environment, where every day brings new opportunities and challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and confidently manage the store independently.
