Production Coordinator

**About the role**

Based in our Sydney HQ we are looking for a passionate Production Coordinator to facilitate and drive production for our apparel and merchandise for our brands. You will get to bring your ideas to life and see your merch and apparel out in our community.

Here at EHP Holdings, no two days are the same But here are some key areas you will make an impact in:

- Overseeing the drawing up and development of proposed garments, merchandise and seasonal product lines
- Managing the development of garments, merchandise and accessories from design to delivery of production ensuring accuracy and delivery targets are met
- Building strong relationships with suppliers
- Cost negotiation with suppliers and manufacturers to achieve target price and overall margin
- Working closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure new products are developed and produced ahead of deadlines
- Reviewing detail/quality of final shipping samples
- Bulk product quality control: incorrect bulk problem solving or claiming discount
- Re-ordering existing product lines based on sell through rates
- Following trends in the fashion and fitness industries and constantly coming up with new products.

**About you**

Ideally you are an experienced Fashion Buyer, Fitness Wear product developer, production coordinator or buyer’s assistant. You have your finger on the pulse, an eye for quality and are driven by achieving best-in-class on-brand executions. You are all over future trends and must haves in the fitness industry
- you are ready to make waves and create the merch people can’t stop talking about

**You will have**:

- Hands on experience dealing directly with offshore production factories
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the fitness industry
- Sound knowledge of the fashion and fabric industry
- Understanding of graphic art, colours, fabrics, trim and fit
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- An ability to multitask and prioritise
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with th**e ability to work **cross-functionally across different teams
- Ability to build key working relationships and strong negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills including Adobe Creative and Google Suite
