Location: MelbourneHourly Rate: $38.00 - $45.00 Per Hour (Dependent On Experience)Role Type: Casual (regular) moving to Permanent Full Time after the trial period.Extra Perks: Company Van, iPad with Data Plan, ongoing training & Upskilling. We have an extensive pipeline of projects with the main, reputable telecommunications service providers. You'll be working mainly on projects in Metropolitan Melbourne but some work in regional Victoria and occasionally interstate may be required. What we offer:

What You Will Be Responsible For:

- Work at heights from an 11m EWP to install antenna’s, feeders and ancillary equipment
- Installation of antenna mounts on rooftops & street poles (Small Cell)
- Carry out manual labour of various descriptions to complete the works as required
- Installation of a range of feeder RF cables and hybrid.
- Terminate communication cables of various types and sizes, assist with testing cables for compliance with specifications
- Installation of earth kits and waterproofing of connectors
- Call testing and site integration activities
- Labelling and tagging identification on feeders and tails
- Installation of Hybrid fibre cable for RRU equipment
- Ensure the site is maintained in a clean, tidy and accessible state at all times

About You We're Looking For:

- Relevant tickets and licences for a Telecoms Tech, including full Aussie Driving Licence, White Card, and RF/EME Awareness, if some have lapsed no drama
- Be open minded and want to learn, you'll have the opportunity to work on various sites with various networks and providers.
- Previous experience in either fault finding, diagnosis, and rectification, along with RAN, RF, Microwave and Fibre will be considered a great advantage.
- Valid Elevated Work Platform Ticket and Safe Work at Heights qualifications

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
