Reporting into the NSW Team Manager, you will join an inclusive and collaborative team of highly motivated, engaged, industry leading survey professionals, and a multidisciplinary firm working across broad markets with a digital focus. You will have the opportunity to expand your career as you collaborate with a range of disciplines and sectors. **Here’s What You’ll Need**: We are looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to be a valuable and integral part of our NSW Data Capture team, delivering work primarily in the Newcastle region and supporting the broader ANZ business. Jacobs Surveyors have broad roles, undertaking field work tasks, managing large survey and utility datasets, supporting and fostering team development, actively mentoring graduates and interacting directly with clients to grow our business and deliver projects. We’re looking for someone with the following: - A relevant tertiary degree. - Experience managing site works and subcontractors. - The ability to determine and address underlying client needs and to confirm client satisfaction. - Capability to communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. - Positive approach to working as part of a team and autonomously. - Interest in coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. **Jacobs.
