**Veterinary Receptionist - Full Time (Monday - Friday, Minimal Weekends)**
- **About the Role**:_
- 8 hour shift Mon-Fri, with mínimal weekend work and no overtime required. _
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced clinic, who can be flexible with change_
- Commencement date flexible_
- Daily duties will include: _
- Answering phones, triaging, and booking appointments/surgeries _
- Attaching medical histories to patient files_
- General cleaning/disinfecting of reception/waiting room areas_
- We provide in depth training so you are not thrown in the deep end. Minimum 3 Years of Veterinary Experience if required, Trainees not need apply._
- **About Us**:_
- We have a very interesting case load including routine desexings, soft tissue surgeries and biopsies, dentals (with a brand new shiny dental x-ray machine), ex-laps, orthopaedics, ultrasounds, BOAS surgery and much more_
- We have an amazing dedicated team of 6 Veterinarians and 4 Nurses, as well as a very supportive Management Team, we are a drama free clinic_
- We are a privately run practice_
- We practice Fear Free techniques for all of our patients_
- Our work environment is positive, with zero tolerance for all abusive behaviour towards staff_

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff members are (minimum) double vaccinated
Routine sanitation of all surfaces completed multiple times a day
Clients coming in to the building are asked to wear masks when in consult rooms (small areas)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Kilda, VIC 3182: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Veterinary: 3 years (required)
