**Assistant Used Car Sales Manager**.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is primarily responsible for assisting the manager with day-to-day activities and guiding customers through Eagers Automotive buying process. We aim to provide the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction in delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

**Duties include**:

- Working closely with the Sales Manager to gain training and experience
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the sales process including the value of each step
- Coordinate all dealership activities that are associated with the sale and delivery of all vehicles you sell

Monday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Wednesday: 8:30am - 8pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am - 1pm

**About you**:
If you are an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant with well-established communication, customer service and leadership skills and you are looking to step into the 2IC position - we would like to hear from you

**You will ideally possess**:

- Proven experience in vehicle sales
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
- Ability to perform in high pressure environments
- Have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Salesperson/ Yard Manager Licence
- Valid Australian working right and WA Driver’s Licence
