Warehouse Nightshift Supervisor

Our client is looking for a hands on Warehouse Supervisor to manage there existing afternoon/evening team at there distribution centre.
Our client is an award winning, family owned and operated Wholesale Foodservice Distribution business that has operated in the foodservice industry for over 36 years. This business have distribution centres across Victoria and supply foodservice outlets.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Manage and further develop the existing warehouse team
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Work with the senior management team to continually improve and develop new efficiencies and procedures to the day shift
- When required conduct manual work including picking, loading and unloading goods
- Ensuring all current polices & procedures are being followed
- Follow all OH&S guidelines
- Work Full-Time Sunday to Thursday commencing at 3pm
**You should possess the following skills & attributes**:
- Honesty & integrity in all your dealings
- Promote and encourage a positive working culture within your team
- Physically capable of carrying out the work
- Ability to accurately identify products & quantities
- Fluency in English
- Work autonomously
- Be a Team Leader
- Transport knowledge of frozen & refrigerated products would be an advantage but not essential
- Organisational and time management skills
- Be motivated to achieve KPI's and goals set
- Forklift license
- Truck license is not essential but would be preferred
Prior experience in wholesale food distribution or temperature controlled industries will be highly regarded.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
