Our client is a pharmaceutical manufacturer that provides formulation development, analytical, contract manufacturing, and consultation. They provide end-to-end product development and manufacturing services for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.
They are currently looking to hire Receptionist/Admin to work doing full time or part time hours:
- Full time Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Part Time Hours Monday to Friday 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Liaising with stakeholders and internal team members.
- Basic accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
- **About You**:_
- At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist/admin
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer and Microsoft office knowledge especially excel.
- Has access to own transport or can manage to go to work using PT without having any attendance issues.
- Available to start immediately.

Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 20-48 per week
**Salary**: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- MS Office: 1 year (required)
