**What I Will Be Doing**:
As a Support Worker in a day program and respite setting, I will empower customers to live as independently and confidently as possible, supporting them to develop daily living skills, maintain their health and well-being, and stay actively connected to their community.
- I will support customers in day-to-day life, including **personal care** and **health needs.**:

- I will facilitate engaging group activities - **art**, **music**, **swimming**, **gardening**, or **drama.**:

- I will build strong, respectful relationships with customers and their families
- I will be working with people with **intellectual disability**, **high physical support needs**, or **complex behaviours.**:

- I will use my skills in **manual handling**, **PEG feeding**, **administering** **medication** and** providing transport**.
- I am flexible to work on a rotating roster, preferably from **9:00 am - 6:00 pm**, weekdays and days/nights on weekends.

As a Northcott Support Worker, you’ll provide **personalised, meaningful support** to customers in a **day program or respite setting**. No two days are ever the same — one day, you could be leading a creative art session, and the next, you are helping with daily living tasks to support independence and well-being.
