**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Origin is leading the transition to net zero through clean energy and customer solutions. Gas forms an essential part of the energy mix during the transition and Origin, via the Integrated Gas Business Unit, is continuing to invest in gas exploration and production throughout Australia.**

**Reporting to the Digital Delivery Lead, the Portfolio Lead provides a range of management and support services across the Digital and Information Systems (DIS) team. This includes management of the Digital and Information Systems portfolio of projects, project reporting, facilitation of new software opportunities through the Digital and Information System demand pipelines, and small change delivery management. Whilst not a leadership position per se, you will play a key role in this supportive and collaborative team and assist with the management of the Digital and Information Systems Portfolio, including project interdependencies, high level schedules, risks and issues, and budgets.**

**More about the role**
- Manage initiatives through the Digital and Information Systems demand and their subsequent submissions to the appropriate investment committees.
- Financial management of projects including cost tracking, analysis reporting and reconciliations.
- Resource management including updating Clarity resourcing plans
- Create, present and distribute high quality status reports and dashboards to the IG business to ensure transparency of progress
- Coordinate ad-hoc projects as directed
- Create, maintain and audit document management processes and systems

**ABOUT YOU**

**You are a sound communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the business. You have a proven ability to influence outcomes through negotiation and consultation. You possess a high level of initiative and motivation and are proactive in resolving issues.**

**More about you**
- Significant portfolio management experience, ideally within a PMO environment including facilitating and managing projects/outcomes to achieve benefits and meet deadlines
- Experience with reporting and analytics; project management methodologies; and exposure to project and program level governance forums, reporting and processes.
- Excellent skills in MS Office PowerPoint, Word and Excel including knowledge of pivot tables, graphs and macros; skills in Clarity desirable
- Intermediate skills in MS Visio, MS Project, Jira and Confluence
- Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently to meet deadlines
