**Responsibilities**
- **Conduct assessments** & **guide individuals** who are grappling with a sudden change in their circumstances to reach their new career goals
- **Collaborate** **and build relationships** with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
- **Identify Return to Work** (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
- **Visit workplaces** to understand challenges injured and ill workers face whilst educating employers on the health benefits of a good working environment

**Requirements**:

- **Tertiary qualification** in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Masters Degree - completed 5th year) or Social Worker
- **AHPRA**, **ASORC or** **AASW** registration
- **Passionate** about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
- **Pride yourself** on strong stakeholder management & communication skills
