We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Allied Health Professionals to join an expanding team in Canberra, ACT.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
- Provide counselling and support to clients to enhance their overall well-being and independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize rehabilitation programs.
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure effective outcomes.
- Assist clients in developing essential life skills and coping mechanisms.
- Deliver workshops and group sessions to facilitate skill development and peer support.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification as a Rehabilitation Counsellor or relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work).
- Provisional or Registered Psychologists are welcome to apply
- Registration or membership with a recognised professional body.
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
